Color Picker is designed to identify the appearance of a color without sending your camera data anywhere.

Camera access and on-device processing

Color Picker requires camera access to identify the color inside the movable sampling target. Live camera frames are processed only on your device. Frames are not uploaded, saved to Photos, or retained as scan history.

Data collection

Color Picker does not collect, store, share, or sell personal data. The app has no account, backend, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDK.

Action Button shortcut

The Identify Color shortcut is provided through Apple’s App Intents and Shortcuts system. Running it opens the scanner and does not transmit data.

Network access

The app works fully offline and does not require a network connection.
